關(guān)于澳洲商業(yè)移民的重要通知
澳大利亞移民局（DIAC）已經(jīng)表明從2015年7月1日起，商業(yè)移民臨居簽證將會(huì)加入技術(shù)選拔系統(tǒng)中（Skills Select Model）。
為了配合聯(lián)邦政府這一政策，維省政府對(duì)于商業(yè)移民臨居簽證的州政府擔(dān)保部分做了以下準(zhǔn)備：
州政府將不接受2012年5月28日之后商業(yè)移民臨居簽證的擔(dān)保申請(qǐng)，其中包括以下簽證的擔(dān)保申請(qǐng)：企業(yè)主移民163類別，企業(yè)高級(jí)管理人員164類別及投資商165類別；同時(shí)此幾類簽證州擔(dān)保的有效期最長(zhǎng)只到2012年6月30日，所有簽證申請(qǐng)必須在此有效期之前遞交，逾期無(wú)效。

PROVISIONAL BUSINESS VISAS
STATE SPONSORSHIP PROCESSING
The Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has indicated that effective from 1 July 2012, they will incorporate provisional business skills visas into their Skills Select model.
In order to prepare for this change the Victorian Government will be unable to accept sponsorship applications received after Monday 28 May 2012 for visa sub-classes: Business Owner (Provisional) #163, Senior Executive (Provisional) #164 and Investor (Provisional) #165; and ssue a maximum validity date of 30 June 2012 for sponsorships relating to the above visa sub-classes.
